It won’t allow me to put in the letters

Maybe or Unanswered
Except for the “oâ€. It’s just showing the outline & won’t let me adjust to make the characters darker. I’m not sure if there’s something I could do differently? I just signed up for the premium account. I don’t know if there are more features to help me find without having to ask for help?

Automatic Font Finder System
