1 is probably the most distinctive numeral, but 3-5 are "lowered"

Maybe or Unanswered
I haven't seen 0 or numerals higher than 5, but 3-5 descend below the normal "bottom" of the line of text in the way that lower-case p and q do. Can anyone identify this font? Thank you!

And to be clear, 2-5 are fairly "normal" Arabic numerals, not like the Roman numeral 1 (I) pictured above, just "lowered."
