Lord of the Rings themed font I can't figure out

This is the title font used on the The One Ring character sheet (by Cubicle 7). I'd like to replicate their work to an extent, and it'd be nice for my library in general.

That's fantastic! It looks identical! Cubicle 7 got back to me just a bit ago who said the font is custom, but I'm guessing it's actually Dumbledor or a variation thereof. Thank you!
