What is this font?

Maybe or Unanswered
The person who sent me this artwork wants this font or something close to it. They sent it as a flattend image so i need help finding a font close to this or this exact font. I know i have seen it before just cannot think of the name. The letters are touching yes because i had to edit it from a really low grade image so this is the best i could do. Please help.
