Unidentified serif?

Been trying to find this elegant font. Look at the "Q" shape. It's not a bold or black font, I zoomed it in from a pdf. According to my teacher, it's Electra, but I looked it up and it doesn't look like anything here. Times New Roman and similar fonts have thinner lines and the spacing is different. Also, the pdf quality is not the best, but I tried to better the image as much as I could. Any insight would be great.
