Can you identify this Font?

Maybe or Unanswered
This has been most frustrating - I cannot identify this font - can you? It seems that if one kind of font matches the 'A', it doesn't match the 'F' or the 'T'. Can you help - I would be greatly greatly appreciative of your expertise and guidance. Many thanks!!
