HELP... what is this font

Maybe or Unanswered
i have searched and searched. Found many but NONE that can match the C with the little tail at the bottom!! I imagine this was a stencil. Which im not worried about the gaps (as like a stencil) but the font, so i can use it on the pc.... Help please.....
