I cannot figure out what font this is. It has some special features and shapes which is similiar to that of 'Astoria' and 'New York to Las Vegas' however these are not the correct font. It is from the Savannah-Chatham Metro Police (GA) and I believe the design that used this font was made around 2008-2010. Please help me find this font, I've been searching for it for quite some time now... Let me know if you need more images of the font and letters in order to help the identification.
