what font is this? Close to univers but not quite

I am having trouble with this font. It looks very close to univers next extended but the G is a little different, it has a flatter arch and the M is a little different as well. The 1 is also different. Any ideas? Sorry that I don't know all the terms to describe the parts of the face.

It is very near to my guess of Universe but the letter M is still slightly different but I would rather work with your suggestion.
