Solved
It seems like a standard narrow font, but I'm having no luck so I'm hoping for the best here that someone might know. It has to be the same unfortunately because this is an archival project. Thanks!

Thanks JohnnyC, it's close but not narrow enough. This one is close https://www.whatfontis.com/NFC_Moderno-FB-Compressed-Bold.font but still the H is still not skinny enough, but so close!

This is the artist name on their record Risqué from 1979. The band is CHIC. It’s that narrow H that makes a lot of fonts unusable
