It is in German and (for those who are interested in this) part of a literary analysis about Thomas Mann's novel "Buddenbrooks". The text itself says in the beginning: "Zunächst noch steht der Einklang der Buddenbrooks mit dem Gesetz in Kontrast zu Verstößen gegen die Herrschaftsordnung, die sich außerhalb der Familie ereignen: Es finden Straßenkrawalle statt, bei denen Aufständische "die Verfassung und das Wahlrecht revidieren [wollen]" und "die Welt ganz in Unordnung [gerät]" (S. 176)."
