Unknown Font!

Hello all, im trying to figure out what font this is. Ive used 3 different font finders and had no luck. There some recognizable unique characteristics on this font. For instance, the lower case "m" tails off at the top. The upper case "C" at the top curvs all the down where the bottom does not. Let me knoe if you have any insight. Thanks!
