Closest related font to these numbers

Maybe or Unanswered
These are the large numerals that they use on the Times Square New Years Eve Ball Drop in NYC. I'd like to use a font that has 9's similar to those. (I only plan to use it for the number "1996".) Any ideas? Thanks.
