Can anyone help with this? The marbling makes it too hard for this site to separate the letters from the background and I am stuck. Any help is appreciated.

This is a font that has a few different names and versions, but is usually called Roman Bold. This looks like the version in the Gerber Composer design software and appears to have been manually condensed a bit. Gerber's fonts are proprietary, so you cannot use them outside of the software. There is a similar TTF version available at the Monument Lettering Center that is slightly thinner, but with a slight stroke added and if you squeeze it a bit horizontally it will closely match what you have there.
