What two fonts are used in this logo?

Maybe or Unanswered
This is a logo we received from one of our partners but it's very small quality. I wanted to recreate it in illustrator but can't quite match either font. Please help.

For Investor I think is:
http://www.whatfontis.com/Goudy-Old-Style-SC-OSF.font
but also the:
http://www.whatfontis.com/Arlt-Blanca-Versalita-pampatype.font
is similar.
