Sans-serif font possibly with altered ratio?

Maybe or Unanswered
I can't seem to find anything that matches this exactly. There are some that are close like TeX Gyre Adventor Bold and OPTIAuvantGothic but I can't get the ratios to match up even if I change kerning and squash (gasp) the height. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
