Arial font? Not able to match it

Maybe or Unanswered
Just wondering if anyone is able to match this font. I have been browsing for days trying to find a matching font, but I don't think I have it in my computer. It is certainly not one of the default fonts in my system. Hopefully someone recognizes it. Thanks
