Please help identify this font

Maybe or Unanswered
I know I have seen this font but cannot remember what it is. I tried whatthefont.com but it doesn't recognize the characters. It is very similar to AR Bonnie but it is NOT that font. If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.
