I've been to every type ID board and checker. Nothing's picked this font out. What is it?

This font is very much like Allan Gothic but Allan Gothic is uppercase only. I'm pretty sure that the font I'm looking for is unicase. If there's a unicase Allan Gothic-like font then that's probably the right one.
