Font from the 1940s or earlier

This font was used as part of my grandfather's hatchery name and I would like to find the nearest match. It is not unlike Windows Harlow Italic except that this font has different stroke widths. I also see that it looks similar to a compressed Streamline font. If you have a better match than one of these two, please let me know.
