Font from my favourite textbook!

Here is the font used in all the images in the classic engineering textbook by Paulay & Priestley, "Seismic Design of Reinforced Concrete and Masonry Buildings". I was hoping I could recreate the classic style of their images so that I could follow in their footsteps in my own publications! Let me know if anyone can help out
