Handwriting-like Font from >2001

Not Solved
Been looking for this for a while with no luck. Font was found on a bootlegged Russian game disc, made sometime in early 2000. The slight details are what have made this so hard for me to find - the swirl in the middle of the B, the unconnected top of the O, the dotted i that might or might not be capitalized, the height mismatch on the lines of the N... I've found lots of *similar* fonts, but none that are perfect matches.
