You have to pay attention so won’t confuse this number plate with the rental plates.
White color number plate
Common people with normal cars, are using this type of number plate.
It is the general citizens of India number plate number 1 option.
What you need to know is that cars with white color number plate cannot be use for commercial activities. It is strictly forbidden.
Green color number plate
Electric cars have their own number plates.
The number plates have a green background and white text.
The reasoning behind creating special number plates for electric cars, was to encourage people get environment-friendly vehicles.
These green number plates are used also for busses and other electric vehicles, not only for general public small cars.
Blue color number plates
Blue color number plates are used by vehicles that belong to Foreign Diplomats, Diplomatic Corps (CD), Consular Corps (CC), or United Nations (UN).
