Maybe or Unanswered
This is from a scanned image. Its the highest resolution I have access to. Am I write in my estimation? When I use the Times New Roman Font it doesn't have the same variation in thickness to the letters?

The resolution is very bad.
I don't know if the q have a double line or not, for example.
