This is a mishmash of words from a book first published in 1968, and then published by Penguin in 2001. (I don't know if they changed the font)

Thank you! I think this is about as close as we will get . . . I don't actually think it was exactly this, as the book was published by Penguin inn 2001 and this font was published in 2010. But I do think it is as close as we are going to get, so thank you!
