can't find font

Hey guys, In need of help. 1) can't identify my font at all. The closest one I got is Heiders Sans Regular. It's stretch. Does anyone know this font? 2) I was trying to download Heiders Sans Regular. It kicked me to a different website. The price for it doubled up. Does anyone legit website with less adds. Why 'whatfontis' doesn't give a free choices, even if I press that option.
