Please identify: Vintage Sign Ornate Font with swash

Looking for this particular font that is often used in Vintage Signs like you would see on old brick building walls, county/state fairs, circuses and such. The R and F have swashes. These are the only letters I have to identify with. I feel like I've seen it but can't identify it. I've used lots of tools already. Thanks in advance for any assistance :)
