I would really appreciate any ideas anyone has on this. I can't seem to track it down with the usual tools.

Found it - looks like this is https://www.whatfontis.com/FF_Sanford-Book.font?text=NicholasJones sanford, with a bit of a stroke on the outside edge, and a different "N".
