Font on door signs

Maybe or Unanswered
I have to replace several door sign numbers etched in laser. If anyone has a clue what font this is since all signs have to match. Thank you!

I found the source font. Its actually the LeRoy stencil lettering system. Do you know if there are any digital fonts made from these stencils?
