Lost General Font - Which Font Is This? Help Would Be Much Appriciated

Hello, After my computer crashed i could not find this font, i am pretty sure it is a general font on the computer but i can't seem to find it any where and online, could anyone help to let me know what this font is called, Thank you so very much and any help would be really appriciated, Lewis.
