Only upper case used, any ideas?

I have no example of lower case. Only the numbers and upper cased used in the example. Thanks in advance!

I think this is a dot matrix printer and is very hard to find the initial font.

The tip to search "dot matrix" fonts is helpful. I think I can now find something close enough. Thanks!
