Help me ID this display font

Hi guys, I've recently found this gorg font that I want to use for my GD class project but for the life of me I can't find what it is. I've consulted both this site app & wtf! but no luck. If anyone can ID it OR offer fonts resembling it (free ones encouraged ahem) I'd greatly appreciate it!
