Before sharing the 10 tips to create a presentation that converts, I want to discuss with you some ideas of how you can implement business presentations in your company and projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No matter what profession you have, business presentations will help you convince people buy from you, better understand how stuff works, why a project is important for your company, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should use presentations as often as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A doctor will make use of the presentations to help patients understand the medical procedures that will be performed on them, a project manager will present important info and steps, a CEO will show the team what they have to do to reach certain indicators, and a sales person will heavily increase sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These 10 tips are lessons that I learned from my experience. Some were hard lessons but from them I learned the most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will have a huge advantage by skipping the learning phase and having directly the tips in your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presentation design<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I know that everybody is talking about templates and how cool and fast it is to use them. But if you want a presentation that will rock your audience, you should design your own presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even with 0 skills and previous experience, it is not that hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create your own presentation design, don\u2019t use what the whole planet is using.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use paid pictures and icons<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Premium pictures and icons cost way less than you think and it will have a huge impact on your design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most people are using free stuff, if you will pay a small price, your presentation will look incredibly better and it will be unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link the presentation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The presentation should be linked with your company or brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the same colors, implement the logo and graphic stuff, and adapt your design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 10\/20\/30 Golden Rule<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

If you haven\u2019t heard about this rule, you should always it in your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 10\/20\/30 Golden Rule means that your presentation should have 10 slides, last no more than 20 minutes, and contain no font smaller than 30 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nobody likes long presentations and people will lose their interest and focus after 10 slides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You want potential buyers to convert in customers, you want to be seen as an expert in your industry, you want to convince the CEO to handle you the money to create a new business line, or why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Think carefully about the mission, and craft the presentation adequately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Write as a copywriter<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

You know what great copywriters do, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They write in such a way that they make us read sentence after sentence until the end, no matter how long the text is. Their text is making us curious and we cannot stop reading the text, so interesting it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
